Some useful tips to develop your website :3 Make treasure of them!

Be Original!
Don’t copy other people’s ideas and/or characters o_O Even if it’s not the stealing case, it still shows that you don’t have a creative mind… and so, what’s the point of having a website? None! On the contrary, take inspiration from something around you… a pen, a book, a fruit… and add original details to it! :D Or maybe you can pixel your favourite characters, like I did with Cinnamoroll and Q-Lia… BUT.. with an original touch! :D See my Cinnamoroll & Q-Lia and see others’… it’s different, isn’t it? ^-^ Develop your own style.

Keep your pages short
It’s a known thing: people HATE to read long pages on the web! If you have, for example, a page about you with your profile, favourite things and fanlistings, be sure that people won’t read it all and will stop to the first informations. Instead, if you split it all in three pages “Profile”, “Favourites” and “Fanlistings”, people will get curious and will read all of them :) I did this and it works!

Don’t use too much slang and abbreviations
Surely words like “ya”, “sista”, “sis”, “bro”, “dude” are known by everyone, but if you start writing like “ma m8 lyks ur syte. 2 kewl!” believe me… only a FEW people will understand what you say x__X Not everyone knows English slang, especially non-English people, so use it with moderation.

Have some visitor content!
People love to read about webmasters, blogs, etc. But don’t you think they would be happier if you add something just for them? Even if it’s just a visitor gift card. It would be surely appreciated! :3 But PLEASE! Put some effort into it! Don’t just put up a ugly old scribble with written “Ily, guest <3″ Your visitor won’t feel appreciated, but would think “Am I really worth only shitty stuff? :( ” Pretty frustrating.

Little, but GOOD
Don’t have a bunch of useless content! Don’t fill out your pages with things you don’t really care of! Better a small site with little content, but HEART-made, than a huge site which is just a box to put random stuff from the web. Keep it all organized, add pages/contents little by little. Your visitors will see that you care so much for your site, and you will enjoy it more :) Try for believing.
