YAY! :D My SOTM is finally up for October 2009! A bit late I know, but there’s time until November 5th okay? ;3 *mwah*

Rules

1. You must own a website.
2. You must be active.
3. Your site must be written in English, Italian or Spanish.
4. You must be offering some visitor goodies (not necessarily pixel!).
5. No adult contents nor hatred sites can apply!

Judges
There will be a poll. The website owner that gets the most votes wins. :3
